BMW iX2 xDrive30 Electric Crossover Launched

Model and Debut: The 2024 BMW iX2 is an all-electric crossover, a variant of the BMW X2, set to debut in March 2024 as the iX2 xDrive30. 

Powertrain: Equipped with two electric motors (front and rear axles), producing a combined 309 hp (230 kW / 313 PS) and 364 lb-ft (494 Nm) of torque.

Battery and Range: Features a 64.8 kWh battery pack, offering a WLTP range of 417 km to 449 km (259 – 279 miles).

Performance: Can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 5.6 seconds, with a top speed of 112 mph (180 km/h).

Charging Capabilities: Standard AC charging at 11 kW, full charge in 6.5 hours. Accelerated charging with a 22 kW AC charger, reducing charge time to 3 hours and 45 minutes.

Pricing and Configuration: Priced starting at $85,700 before on-road costs, configured as a medium SUV with all-wheel drive, four doors, and seating for five.
