The Samsung S32R750UEU is a rather original monitor whose foot is clamped on the back edge of the desk to free up space. It remains to be seen in this test whether the image quality is there.

The Samsung U32R590 monitor features a curved VA LCD panel over a radius of 1.5 m (1500R) and displaying an Ultra HD definition of 3840 x 2160 px. The manufacturer claims a maximum brightness of 250 cd / m², a contrast of 2500: 1, viewing angles of 178, and a response time of 4 ms. The refresh rate is limited to 60 Hz and this monitor is not compatible with the FreeSync and G-Sync variable refresh technologies, which is a shame with such a definition. Finally, the ergonomics are also limited, but we will come back to that.

The Samsung S32R750UEU monitor has a 32-inch VA panel displaying an Ultra HD definition of 3,840 x 2,160 px. The manufacturer announces a maximum brightness of 300 cd / m², a contrast of 2,500: 1, viewing angles of 178, and a response time of 4 ms. This model stands out above all for its original foot which clamps the desk and thus saves a lot of workspaces. On this point, it is clearly an innovation in the monitor market and it avoids purchasing a mounting arm separately.

Which is better!

Samsung U32R590

The Samsung U32R590 is a good, well-calibrated Ultra HD monitor that benefits from a very good finish at this price point. Too bad it skips the FreeSync and is content with basic ergonomics. For the rest, it should satisfy both casual gamers and those looking for an affordable large Ultra HD monitor.

Samsung Space SR75 UHD

The Samsung Space Monitor S32R750UEU has an original design that frees up space on the desk thanks to its arm and its ingenious cable passage. And the image quality is not left out, very good right out of the box, without the need for calibration. The Samsung Space Monitor would still deserve a little more connection (USB and USB-C) and an improvement of the orientation system of the panel to make it independent of the height.
