The 32-inch from GigaByte is aimed at ambitious gamers with powerful PCs who want a combination of QHD and high frame rates. The large 32-inch panel looks pleasantly sharp thanks to the intermediate resolution between Full HD and UHD (4K). The refresh rate is 165 Hz and can be overclocked to 170 Hz, but it doesn’t make a noticeable difference.
The Gigabyte monitor displays colors neutrally, contrast and luminosity are on a solid level. The HDR implementation leaves a lot to be desired. The devices are connected via HDMI, DisplayPort or USB-C DisplayPort. The highlight here: An integrated KVM switch can be used to switch back and forth seamlessly between several connected systems, for example, the gaming PC and the work notebook. Thanks to the USB hub, mice and keyboards can remain on the monitor. A height-adjustable stand allows you to customize it to your ergonomic needs.

The CQ32G1, AOC is launching the first QHD monitor in the G1 series, which is aimed at casual gamers who have a lot of space on their desks. The 31.5-inches is curved and offers a fast VA panel that looks sharp enough despite its size, thanks to the QHD resolution of 2560×1440 pixels.
Interesting for gamers: The AOC can do 144 Hz, particularly beneficial for fast movements, as they always remain sharp. However, AOC has cut back on the interfaces and only supplies one DisplayPort (1.2) and two HDMI (1.4 and 2.0) – this is sufficient for modern computers. Fortunately, the bezels around the panel are very narrow, mainly noticeable as soon as you place a second of its kind next to the AOC.
